Well kind of obvious if he signs on and reads the posts, that he doesnt plan on giving us any refund or replace the ones that have worn pretty quickly with newer ones. Guess thats why Renntech charges so much? Seems like their CF parts look the same when they come up on the second hand market for sale.

I have been refunded in full. I canceled my order due to the issues some have had here with their products, complete radio silence by Chris and the fact that I was over charged and couldn't get anyone to respond and correct the error. The site charged me shipping even though it clearly says free shipping on orders over $600.... After several attempts to contact Chris (PM on this site and several emails), I got no response. If I could get a warm fuzzy and be made comfortable about the quality (shouldn't have to buff it or have it refinished.... Ever!) I might reconsider but until then, I'm out....

Clearly my issues were not a one time problem and the above posts make it clear I am not just "some douche who likes to complain and nit pick" (well at least in THIS situation...lol).
If you ask me it speaks volumes to the Vendors lack of communication, integrity and after the sale support.
Criteria for being a vendor on this forum should be stricter than a monthly check that clears the bank.

The vendor logged on yesterday @ 12:25pm, but didn't bother to reply. In fact, they have not posted in any of their threads throughout the forum in a month. Just look at his public profile and post history.

They log on here on a daily basis, with no response to PM's, nor replies here in their thread. Very disappointing indeed. Hopefully everyone who paid for this recent batch of products has requested a refund because at this point, i think they pretty much came here to grab some money and run. I hope that's not the case though. I am just glad i did not send my parts back when he asked and then told me he would send out the new ones once they showed up. I didn't feel comfortable since he went missing before, and told him i would wait till he had them in hand, then would send my stuff out. Looks like i am going to just have to get these fixed myself.
