I have got 500WHP with 82TB. So you are looking around 470-480 WHP.

I got the early OEM TB kit from EC several years ago around 2k. Now, if you search the forums you will find plenty of cheaper options to retrofit even bigger than 82mm. Good luck!

LT headers are one of the best single-mod power adders we have. Pick up lots of HP, lowers boost and temps, sounds great, and you pick up some fuel economy on the highway.

I am running longtube headers with K&N's and about to pull the trigger on an 84mm S/C pulley plus belt wrap kit. I won't install the pulley and BWK until I have the cash for a tune at the end of the year. I can't wait! Headers are the best mod you can do when it comes to bang for buck. Throttle response, hp, cooling and the sound, the sound. Try and get your headers ceramic coated before you install them as it helps big time with cooling your engine bay. Whatever you do, don't be a tool like me and listen to the advice on this forum when guys tell you to change your engine mounts before you install your new headers - it is a PITA to change mounts once the headers are installed.

Took 2 weeks to build and install the headers as they were made from scratch. I then had vibration issues for 2-3 months and eventually I changed my engine mounts as advised (1 mount had collapsed) and the vibration disappeared. I personally work on my own car, but I would not recommend installing your own headers unless you have access to a proper lift and even then it is not the easiest of jobs.
