no brakes are fine. i was able to kind of idle it off of the interstate to an exit ramp. i had to keep bumping it from drive to neutral. brakes seem to be fine. car is starting fine, but this idle is weird, just keeps slightly reving, almost consistant bumps?

yes i recently upgraded to a genuine MB 82mm throttle body setup.
belts are fine, nothing leaking, etc. this is def an electrical issue. i been having weird idle issue with the TB since i installed it. im with kponti, bet its this TB

Guys, once I got it towed home and was able to start checking/troubleshooting with the help of shardul... Well it was that damn Y-pipe rubber gasket, got hung up in the TB butterfly. Sucks that I had to have it towed when I could have just fixed it on the side of the road, but at least it wasn't serious. I cleared the codes via SDS and now the idle seems smooth now, much better than before which seems odd.
The car always ran fine, but the idle would get a little odd some days and throw a CEL, I drove it for 20min and it did great. Fingers crossed it will stay that way, and not start acting crazy.
Thanks for the quick responses guys. I appreciate it

Yeah I read all that along with everything else negative about the m156 but like I've said before my car is on engine #2 so I'm hoping some of those issues have been resolved.... Glass half full mentality lol
