Exclamation High IAT For E55

Hello all. Recently I had dynoed my car and also started logging my engine sensors with the TORQUE android app. These are my findings and my dyno results.

Mods: Only Eurocharged ECU Tune

Dyno
1) RWHP - 400
2) RWTQ - 450
3) Air/Fuel Ratio starts dipping into 10's at ~ 5000rpm.
4) I was using 91 FUEL and not any sort of race fuel. Does this make any difference?

Intake Air Temperature while crusing - 185F
Intake Air Temperature after hard pulls - 205F. 190F after 10+ seconds.
Coolant Temperature - 200F+

I have already ordered the Bosch 010 pump. Just now gotta find a good place that will install it properly and bleed the system.

What do you guys think? See attached dyno.

IATs certainly indicate the need for a new pump so that is step one. I will let me more seasoned guys chime in on the graphs.

+1 on this. I don't think you have to be seasoned to see this one ( I understand what you are saying). IAT high most likely a bad pump. At that IAT your car is pulling a bunch of timing. I think fix the pump and then re-dyno.

How much power do you think I have lost?

Nothing set in stone, even with mods cars react differently. You may gain 30hp, but 40hp I dont know. Did they cool down the car between runs?

Yea. 2nd was a heat soak. I was showing 400hp average for 3 - 4 runs on 4th gear. Btw, I was using 91 fuel and not race fuel. Don't konw if that makes a difference? These cars should be stock 400hp.

Stock E55 make about 415-420 and add a tune to stock car, about another 20-25. At 180 degress, you are pulling a ton of timing , you could be down 30 ish hp. Pump is easy to change, so you may want to try it solo.

I have a feeling my CM30 is dead. The car will break loose at 40MPH once warmed up. After a few pulls I have trouble even chirping the tires in 2nd gear. Haven't logged full throttle pulls since I already know my IAT will be through the roof.

38*F ambient.
96*F @ 20MPH
65*F at 60-70MPH.

Thoughts?

Off topic...Recently I did a muffler delete on my car. Sounds like a monster. Now because of this, I have jerky movements when I gas it on manual. Can this ever be a cause of a muffler delete...?
