If there is a silver lining to this story it's that the damage is on the roof.... a repaint will be a LOT easier to match to the rest of the car, since there area so many visual breaks and transitions anyway. A color match will be simpler to do and with a good body shop, nobody will ever know that the roof was painted.

How far are you from West Chester, PA? If you're close enough, Oakes Detailing did my car when I bought it. He is very experienced and does amazing work. Here's what he did to my car when I bought it:
