I would like to thank everyone for all the compliments!!! You guys rock!!! :thank you:
I will be doing a few more things to the car before I go back to MIR for the 9 sec pass. We have a few ideas on how to get the turbos to spool faster and we are porting the heads. Methonal will be used.
I would also like to give credit to UPD for the converter. It has ,since the beginning, made a huge difference in my car. It works very well and with no issues. And as everyone knows, turbo cars love the higher stall. As well, street drivability is really smooth. I have no complaints what so ever.
Now, since everyone is asking, I can turn the boost up more. We are past the dreaded 16psi limp mode. It's just a matter of what the stock motor can hold. JSBenz are personal friends of mine and I race with them quite a bit. They hold the record for the fastest CL 1/4 mile and have pushed the limits in order to find a limit. They have hit over 740whp on NOS before detonation. So I am hoping to get close to that without causing any issues on my car. We strongly believe that the limit would be no more than 755wtq before it lets go.
So I will be pushing the limits once again and hopefully the limits don't push back.
I do have a spare motor and I'm getting that one built in order to push big psi in the future. Right now, I'm just trying to see how far the stock motor can go without any issues.
I will keep everyone informed and I will post another thread in the next few day to show everything that we've been through so far. You guys have no idea what kind of headache this has caused and I've even considered getting rid of the car. BUT since I finally got the record I've decided to keep pushing forward.

Dont know too much about this but, when looking into an upgrade for my GN I stumbled upon this article. Turbo 400 with a trans brake would have your E pulling the wheels or twist the driveshaft.

Thanks
I was just happy to run it down.
thanks brotha!
thank you brotha! I've been through a lot with this car. I'm happy it's finally getting where we want it.
I'm not sure what the limits are just yet. I guess I'll find out soon enough. But thank you! And I don't own an srt4. Nemo build quite a few of them and they put down a lot more power than we do. Nemo is well known for that.

Nicely done rbj! Those gt3076s are good to 30psi until you start running out of efficiency! 9s are well within site! Now can the stock block hold up is the question. Luckily you have a backup plan.

Thanks brotha! Yes I have a spare motor that is being built. But I have to work on the driveshaft and axles also. We will soon see what the stock motor will hold. I'll keep everyone informed.

Do you guys think that wider tires of the same type and compound will mean lower 60 times?
It seems that traction off the line becomes an issue as the power levels get up with our Mercedes, so would a wide body with wider wheels and tires net a faster time?
If this is off topic let me know and I will post somewhere else.

I applaud you guys that are taking these cars to the next level, its like a life commitment to these cars. Having said that, every time I think about dipping my toes into the heavy modding pool, I see posts like this and realize I don't want that headache...
