I know that you have to turn the key to off, undo the 4 torx bolts and the electric connectors but I'm having alot of trouble with the seat rail covers. The ones on the inside are virtually impossible to remove. How is this done?

Lift the center tab, and slide the cover off. Do this carefully as the plastic is old, and may break.

I tried that, it only worked on the left one on the left seat. The ones in the front can't slide off because there's a rise in the carpet which blocks it from sliding.

Remove the bolts first. This will allow you to tilt the seat!

Leave all of the electrical connected so you can move the seat. You want the seat to be in a center position on the tracks when removing them. The backrest should be upright, and the headrest lowered.
