Need help on correct tire fitment on 20s

Stg 3 Audi A4 and Stg1 Saab93 Turbo
Need help on correct tire fitment on 20s
Need feedback from folks that has the setup:
CAR: E55 AMG / STAR Lowered
Front: 8.5x20 34offset - Will 245-35-20 fit? Tire shop is recommending 225-35-20 and they will only certify fitment only with that tire
Rear: 10x20 40offset - Recommended 275-30-20
Wheel brand: Niche Monotec sport
Tire: Nankang / Toyo
Will be installing tomorrow so if anyone can chime it with this setup or experience that it will not rub under normal conditions?

A number of people here run the 35 series up front, because that's the one step up from the correct tire size. Shouldn't be that hard to find. Someone started a thread just yesterday or the day before talking about larger tire sizes. Start there.
My car originally came with the tire sizes you plan on running, but on different wheels. I was not lowered and I do not know the offset of the old wheels, so I cannot say if this will clear or not.
