Ok so here's my deliemma replaced the old secondary air pump also replaced the relay and the fuse and still getting the P0410 code what should I look for/do next?
Oh by the way I also hear the air pump working when I start the car

What you need to do. Go into star settings and.... Disable it.

make sure the switchover valve has vacuum supply coming to it. then when the test is activated make sure its switching over and then vacuum is coming out the other end and going over to the 2 diverter valves. thats a start.
