Shardul, that bolt comes with Loc-Tite Red or equivalent from the factory and the supercharger rotates in a clockwise direction so as to loosen the bolt when the clutch engages.

The threads aren't supposed to bind, they come with Teflon. The outer edge of the bolt head flange bites into the washer to keep it from unscrewing, the washer is pinned so it can't turn. This works so well that it often bends the pins when removed.
