Blower motor
I am trying to track down a burning electrical type smell that comes and goes from my AC vents. At times my fan will not turn on and I have to turn off AC then turn back on to get the fan to work. I want to replace the fan and the electrical components that attach to it. Any suggestions where to buy?

Also, if anyone has experienced similar issues what was the outcome?

Anyone?

Today the fan just stopped running and after turning off and on and messing with the fan speed it came back of and blew through all fan speeds. I did smell a burning smell after this happened.

Suggestions?

those are symptoms of the regulator going bad

Odds are good its the regulator. Very easy to change. Just happened to a friend of mine a couple weeks ago. Same scenario.
