Tuned E55 vs Tuned C63 Predictions

So you won one and lost one so I'd say that the cars are about even. Do the ecu reset then go back out and make two more runs.

Well, apparently on the second run he let go of the throttle to even out the cars, I'd say the C63 is definitely faster, but mine is probably faster low end. We'll run again soon enough.

Race was great fun, was definitely closer than most races against bmws which all got destroyed...
I was really thinking the race would be closer and we would have to watch videos to see who the winner was. Did both races in M with traction off.
I felt the first race was perfect, shifted at all the right times, left right at the horn, Watching the video we both took off at the same time and didn't seem to be any jumps or stuff like that.
I ruined the second race, as you can see in the vid before the third honk I was at 42 and was in front by what felt like a foot, so for what ever reason I took my foot off the gas and thats when he hit the 3rd horn
either way was nice to see my car kept up and I felt like i was closing the gap!

C63s with headers and a tune run low 11s @ 125ish or so. I think I've seen some higher traps with more exhaust work and higher octane tune (127+).
E55s with headers, pulley, tune run about the same range (low 11s @ 120s range) . The trap might be slightly lower, hence why I think the C63s have better top end.
I would like for you two to go at it again after you both get some more mods.

Nice race! Congrats! Never race in M mode.. M mode is for carving canyons when you need to paddle shift…. Our cars are substantially slower in a timed race in M mode. There is lag when you shift manually because you hit rev limiter or you need to short shift. So its's a waste….
Leave it in automatic mode, start from 2nd gear 50-60 mph and you will crush him like that probably a little worse. Starting at 40 mph is the basement of when you want to start a race in 2nd gear. I don't advise starting at that speed. But, still very well done congrats to both you! You have quick cars.

It's seems to be right at the bare minimum speed for 2nd gear… If you start at any lower of an rpm, The engine has to work its way into the upper range of power band and you are losing time during a emergency race situation.
Talking stock E55 or lightly modded of course.... Maybe your super beast just spins all over the place so you need to start at higher gear. But stock this method I can assure is just right. Rolling start 2nd gear 50mph - 60mph is absolutely crushing to your opponents in a highway roll. Your rpm will be higher but the car responds absolutely immediately. and when the tranny shifts to 3rd its bye bye time for whoever your racing all the way up to 130mph where the trans goes into 4th. But by then the race is usually done.

c63s with tune and headers (no other perfomance mods) DO trap 125+... there are 2 guys on the forum (dodger and Mthis) that have trapped 130.7 and 128mph and they both run in the 10's... dodger is at 10.66... i doubt youre beating them.

Well I stand corrected. A lot of those cars are gutted DRs and spraying. Your e55 was probably heat soak as soon as u press the pedal with 180mm pulley lol maybe one day when u r in Miami with your c63 we can line them up then I can show u what I Mean. No need to lie lol only car that has ever beat me in a roll race was urbamworms cts V making 700 whp.

Yes they are close. I would have not even posted if I didn't beat more than one. Maybe my power is more consistent being I have a 5 gallon trunk tank with two pumps running. I know most here don't do that mod. Anyway let's just leave it at they are both closely matched. Good day mate, let me know if u r near tampa ever seriously.'
