Passenger seat movement / wobbles - anyone fixed this?

MBWorld Fanatic!
As an update there are three (3) separate different seat attachment pin types. Looks like front two are same.
Rear two are different for onboard and outboard. Love ze Germans.
Outside has a larger longer bolt with two different plastic inserts. Did not take a pic, as I was just checking to see if it was in good shape.
Inside is somewhat different then the fronts but mostly similar except for shoulder diameter for largest diameter steps on bolt.
Pretty needlessly complex, but, you know, the Germans.

I need to replace all of my bolts and bushings. One of my bolts snapped while replacing a failed WSS sensor and the plastic bushing disintegrated so I want to replace all of mine just to be on the safe side. Open to more permanent solutions, preferably those made of metal.

Part #145 is not available separately, come with #10 ($1,700.00)
I recommend go to the Hardware store and get a brass / bronze bushings I.D. 12mm, O.D 15mm cuts pieces of 5.6mm / 5.5 (only 3 ),
the 4th weight sensor don’t required bushing, as spacer between the bolt head rail any nylon washer.

hello, could you ask for the part number of this plastic or a photo at least where is this plastic in Volvo? Thank you and best regards
Guys I've fixed this in my two-elemon car by replacing the rotton MB rubber bushing with a plastic bushing as used by Volvo at the bottom of the shifter for Volvo's M-46 transmission. Order it up for any 200 or 700 model car with the M-46 box. Easy-peasy. Seat moves as when new.
