With those mods you should not be heat soaking enough to get beat by a stock car.

If you think you are, put the stock sc pulley back on and run just a tune, you should still beat him.

Cooling is a must for these cars. And so is a dyno tune.

And it doesn't fit well. It's too tall and doesn't include mounting for the trans cooler, so you have to rig it.

I used a run a 180MM crank and minimal cooling mods. It was a blast in short spurts. Then it heat soaked and it was slow.

I now run OEM sized pulleys with a BIP performance tune, heat exchanger, upgrade I/C pump and split cooling. It's retarded fun. No heat soak and off the line I feel like it's faster.

Cooling the S/C is everything in these cars. Without adequate cooling your actually loosing power.

Don't worry losing to a stock 55 there were guys with slightly modded cars that were not as quick as my car when it was stock. If you haven't already make sure your pump is working properly, upgrade your cooling with a new exchanger and maybe even a small resevoir up front after you spil your cooling. Dyno tunes are great but if you can get a road tune.
