W211 E55 in the winter/snow expirience? anyone?
I'm about to order my car and i have some concerns with winter driving, Here in toronto last few days we had all roads covered with snow, can anyone tell me if e55 possible to drive in the snow with snow tyres? Did any of you had expirience with snowy weather and how E55 takes it?

I think it was Rob who had good luck in snow. I have snow tires on but haven't really tested them. We have a Jeep so I avoid bad weather if I can. My guess is you'd do okay as long as it wasn't real deep snow or big hills. I mean, even though it's heavy it's a rear wheel drive car and the torque is so awesome it takes a light foot and a stout heart. I've hit slick spots often enough to know I can't attempt heroics.

There are plenty of posts concerning snow tires. Basically the car is fine. I use it everyday regardless of the weather. The other day (Thurs) I had no problem on unplowed and unsalted roads in Westchester. My snows are 18*8 Dunlop Winter Sports M3's all around.
