HELP!! Timing pull problem

I am not sure why or how long this has been happening, but the car should be at 18-20* of timing and is only getting like 6-8.

I just changed the plugs and that didn't do anything. I recently had my supercharger pulley break and had the blower off replacing broken parts, I don't know if this issue came after that or if it has been there for a while since I never log the car. I just dynoed the car, saw it made real poor power and was rich so got a new tune to flash and did logs after flashing a new tune and saw the low timing. Checked with Eurocharged and made sure timing wasn't set real low and it wasn't so something is going on.

Intake temps are only hitting 120s doing a 2nd and part of 3rd log and timing blows the whole time.

Any ideas what could be causing the problem?

Will have to snoop around in daylight, not really sure what could be loose that would cause something like that.

Low timing like that can only come from knock. When you had the blower off did any of the knock sensors in the valley get hit or something?

At which RPMs/Load you see those timing numbers?

Low timing could also be associated with a hidden shifting issue. Is your car shifting ok, or notice any unsual there?

Not that I now of, a friend and I lifted the blower off and put it back in place.

Of course not, but the car has been like this through 2 or 3 tanks of fuel too, so it isn't a fuel issue.

At all rpms, I started at around 2500rpm in 2nd on my last log and went to about 4500 in 3rd. Here is a copy and paste of the log, not sure if it will turn out all jacked up but can probably figure it out.

As a matter of fact yes it does have a shifting issue now. After the first log I took I mentioned to Jerry that the car was not shifting right now, it shifts fine on the 1-2 but 2-3 is slow and rough and 3-4 takes forever to happen. I wasn't sure how flashing a new tune in would change the shifting but it instantly didn't shift right anymore, I have just been trying to figure out this timing issue that I wasn't even worried about the shifting issue at the moment. Maybe I need to try and get another tune to flash in.

Ok, I am an idiot so log of 3rd starts a little high in the rpms, car kept dropping down to 2nd gear and I wasn't even thinking I was in sport mode and shifting down to 3rd to start the run but didn't have it in manual. Oh well but this is the 3rd gear part of the log.

Also, is your tcu stock.

when you realized this timing issue, what did you change in the setup prior to realizing you had this problem?

Problem fixed, I actually decided to flash back to my previous file for when I had the blower pulley and the car shifted perfect and was ripping. Got all my timing back. Something was jacked up with the tune they gave me. I will just have to get back on the dyno now and see how far off the air/fuel is or isn't on stock pullies.

I am seeing 11 and 12psi in the mid range and 8 and 9psi up top right now with weather around 70. Car has stock crank and blower pulley with Kleemann headers (no cats).

Thanks for the help on giving ideas, wish I would have tried flashing back a month ago since I have been dealing with this for a while.

Well by your numbers it shows even with the stock pulley and a tune where you don't dump excess psi you pull good/better boost than stock

Do you have a STAR unit to hook up and check all your sensors? knock sensor, pinched wire under the blower or maybe even a IAT sensor giving the ecu bad info.
