Headlight wiring schematic
I figured i would post this in here since this gets seen by more of a DIY audience than the SL65 section does and know there are a few SL guys on this part of the forum as well. Anyways, i am trying to wire up some LED lights to replace the normal D2S setup for the low beams and need to know which wire on the 6pin harness that plugs into the headlight itself supplies the power to the OEM ballast when the headlights are turned on. Does anyone have access to the wiring schematic or know which wire this is on a 07' SL65? I will end up de-pinning this wire from the OEM harness plug and wire it into my aftermarket ballast. Thanks for any help.

I got it figured out. In case anyone else attempts this, the larger guage yellow wire in the headlight is what feeds power to the stock ballast.
