this is my set up as of now.kleemann mid length headers then xpipe straight all the way back, no mufflers, ftp heatexchanger,83mm s/c pulley with eurocharged tune, colder spark plugs .

I just got my ASP 172 mm c/p. Will install it before the week ends. I have also ordered for a split cooling system. My list of mods are listed on my sig.

If you go bigger pulley then you need better cooling and then possibly injectors and rail, so as you see no mod is alone it always comes with something

3000 stall Converter should go on before spending bucks on a 82mm TB and the 15 hp gains from it. 3000 stall is still one of my favorite mods and is a blast when you lay into the throttle.

My mods are pretty similar to yours and after talking to Jerry from EC, I've decided Trunk Tank, 550cc injectors, 168 in that order.

If you went with a 168mm crank pulley you would be slightly above rpm/boost as a 180 crank.
That's as big as you should go without injectors/rails. It sounds like your going bigger in the future so I would do the fuel upgrade first then go for a 175mm+.

Throttle body would be nice also..

stall is super fun, unleashes the power you already have if your a drag strip guy it will take super prep and real tires to hook. On the street it will be a animal.

With the high stall, I know a TCU tune would be the cherry on top for it but how are they without a TCU tune, is drive ability still really good

Cheers

Eurocharged and BIP have them for sale ~$1000, plus I am sure there are other vendors out there that are stocking them

yea 168 crank will be safe for me and be enough boost. The trunk tank helps with cooling. Did a few dyno runs and at the end you'd see the heat soak. The trunk tank helps A LOT.

I thought with more boost, you need more cooling, and with more air you need more fuel?

Killer Chiller . Keep all the power you are making with no heat soak.
