How much is Insurance on a W211 E55?

I know that there are lots of factors involved in premium pricing but in general what do you guys pay for your E55 insurance?

If you want, you can add additional info such as age, # of tickets, region.

THanks

Depends on the state ... NJ insurance on 2002 W210 is around $2500/year - with a perfect driving record.

I'm in New York and over 40. My wife and I paid $1,900 for the 2002 C32 and 2002 Jeep Liberty...full coverage with $500 deductible. Replacing the C32 with the beast only raised us $200, which we were very pleased about.

hey guys,

this has been very informative for me. my auto policy is also with my home policy. i think it's time for me to make a call and see if i can get a better rate. i wonder how much sale price if figured into the equation? i paid 69200 for my car. the new E55's are 10000 more you would think the rate would be a little higher?

Thanks for all the great info.
Its suprising that there is such a wide range of prices.
Also suprising that Red Baron pays less on his E55 than I pay on my E320.

Cayenne GTS, Cayenne Turbo
I'm in SoCal and when I had it, I was paying around $1,500/year with 1 ticket, I was 25 when I got it and I my insurance hasn't been re-written. I think it would be lower when it gets re-written w/o the ticket and with my age this 04.

Here's an interesting part, when I traded it for an E320, the insurance difference is $70 a year.

it's almost like asking 'how much is a steak dinner?' It really depends on your location first (not the steak dinner), your age and driving record second and if you have other insurance policies with the same carrier third. I don't know how much mine is because we have many vehicles on the policy and only know that it isn't much more if any than my '03 E500. Certainly not a reason not to buy the car!!
