06E55BEAST

I recently got my car aligned after purchasing new rear tires. When I first took it in, it would drift violently to the right. They fixed that and the steering column feels much tighter, but it still drifts to the left now. Is this a flaw in Mercedes in general? Also, when im accelerating on the highway it is not as smooth as I expect it to be, a bit wobbly. Is this natural?
