Dead body thump,

Dead body thump,
Couple issues. Just returned from some normal wear and tear maintenance. Had two rear ball joints replaces, front wheel bearing tightened and a alignment done.
I still have a dead body thumb sound coming from the rear when I roll over ruff road surfaces at low speed i.e multiple cracks in the road. Also, still have a slight steering wheel wobble between 80 and 100 KM/H. Nothing coming from the seat.
I was sure the repairs would have ridded me of that dead body thump and wobble, but still nothing. Where else should I be guiding my Indy?

Unfortunately I live in Volks town.
These guys are the best performance garage in Quebec...but they see more lambo's and P car's then they do AMG's.
So we are going by process of elimination. The ***** joints, sway bars, bearings are all good.
Anything else you guy's can think of? I'm going in for a H/E install and second. cat delete in two weeks. Want to check off any possibilities, nothing I hate more then squeaks and rattles.

I have been dealing with this noise for 1 year now. Changed lower control arms, swapped to coil overs, changed and did reinforcement bolts to rear sub frame with new bushings and changed rear diff bushings and sway bar links. All looked good from the start with 55,000 miles on them.. No change what so ever. Only thing is ...winter is real noisy and when it gets warm it will get real quiet. I had my guys at the school and my dealership involved to no avail.
