Called, they said it's completely up to date on all maintenance, clean carfax and autocheck (will provide at dealership), clean title... what am I missing for a dealer to sell a great looking E55 with 81k miles for... $13,995?

hmm..looking at some reviews..some cars were in an accident and it wasn;t report on the carfax until after the purchase...

Always run Autocheck. Carfax is not as good as Autocheck when comes to accident.

Looks solid. You have to see it in person. You could sell it for 15900 pretty easy if everything Checks out.
