Joe, thanks for the heads up! Hope it didn't cause you too much trouble!
Any more background on the conditions during which it happened, and the resolution?
(I never intended to drive the car with it on, moreso as cooling between runs if that...)

I went to the dragstrip last weekend and used the jumper to keep the pump running between rounds. I didn't think it would be a problem, so I left it in when I did my first pass.
I was able to do a burnout, but when I gunned it off the line the car left like a 20-year old Honda Civic. I kept my foot in it and ran the whole 1/4 mile, but my time was a not-so-blistering 16 seconds!
To add confusion to the matter, I had also added a PedalBox that I had set to maximum sports mode, so my first thought was that it was the problem. Two more runs with the jumper in and the pedal box turned to "off" had similar results. Then I figured since the jumper was the only thing I had changed, that I should remove it. The next run was without the jumper and with the PedalBox off. Finally it got a decent time (12.25 with DA ~1500ft).
For my last two runs I turned the PedalBox back on to "max" and left the jumper out and all was well again!

I installed one and I believe the procedure is the same as the regular PLM heat exchanger. Simple, just make sure to read the bleeding procedure for the air bubbles in the system. It was a straight forward procedure and the PLM XL was/is a quality built product, fit perfectly. Plug and play! PM me if you have any issues I can walk you through..
I ordered the PLM XL today and it is on back order for 2-3 weeks
