Not sure if anyone else has tried these and has any input, but I will update with there performance once I get them next week. I'm sure I will need to install some resistors for bulb out warning. Reason I'm giving them ago is because one of my 9006 hids quit and we're never a perfect color match between left/right. Hopefully these bad boys are equally bright and are a perfect color match.

I have been running Cree LED fogs for about a year now in both my Benz and my old Jeep. I had 1 bulb go bad in my Benz about 2 months ago, but other than that they have been great.

What ones are you using? A coworker tried some "80 watt canbus" Cree's in my old E55 and they didn't work. The car thought it had a bulb out. Reversed the polarity too with no luck.

Would be great if they were pnp no bulb out. But it only takes 5 minutes to put a resister in line if they need them. I'll also cross my fingers that there not too blue. I just want them to match my led 194s in the headlights

i picked up some multi bulb cree fog lights. they were horrible. they are bright but the focal point to the fog reflector is such a miss that they're not even half as good as the factory bulbs.
whenever i have time and spare money, gonna go with sealed LED fog units. pictured are from unknown, but looking at retrofitting Mishimoto units.

I need to replace one of my fog light lenses on my Suvneer bumper, which most likely means I need a new fog light. If these are not too expensive, I'd like to retrofit these instead. Any idea where to find a compatible setup for our rigs?

Haven't tried them in the e63 bumper but assume it will be the same as my ml. Custom mounting tabs with spacers to line it all up. Not a big deal.
You will also need a bulb resister as well.
Google image xb led fog lights and you will find some nice output shots.

They fit my ml63 chrome rings perfectly (2008) and I believe the e63's use the same fog lights. Sport/Amg 164, E63, w204 sport etc I believe are all the same glass fogs.

My ml has cornering illumination using the fogs and it fades the lights on and off using pulse width modulation so I didn't want to use digital resisters. So I used these. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/com...l#.VYYQuSY8KJI They work but they get stupid hot if there on for long periods of time. I may try a digital resister like http://www.theretrofitsource.com/com...l#.VYYQ7SY8KJI but I'm not sure how they will work with the pwm cornering illumination.

There are also these China bixenon projectors that apparently bolt in. The beam pattern are not ideal but it does have a sharp cutoff and the high beam option seems interesting. If I didn't already have the ones I do I would of tried these.

Compare them to the pictures in the eBay link I put above. That's exactly what mine look like. Mine also have cooling fans, but they don't look like those.
