E55 wheels
I went to my local dealership today for some vibration in the ride thinking ball joints and they found that all four of my wheels are bent just by turning them and doing a visual inspection
. I have only owned the car for a week and have had the disturbance from day one. Thankfully they determined it to only be in the wheels but now I am in the market for new wheels.. My question is, is it worth it to pay the dealer $170 per wheel to try to straighten them or should I just go with some remaned OEM wheels? Stealership wants upwards of $1k per wheel but allfactorywheels.com wants $197 for rears and $430 for fronts, remaned of course.. Aftermarkets are out of the option as I like the stock AMG wheels..
If the choice is to go remaned, is there a site that possibly has them cheaper than the site I listed? I'm trying to see the most affordable option as I plan on putting some bridgestone potenzas on them and getting rid of the terrible falkens it came with...

Remanufactured is just another word for repaired, so may as well just have yours done if they are in good shape. A wheel balancer will confirm that they are straight. Beware cheap online wheels...many are just Chinese made replicas. Another alternative is local Craigslist, but obviously ymmv with the condition of used wheels.
Clearly the oem wheels aren't the greatest. I've gathered enough information to see they bend just as easily as aftermarket in most cases. I would get yourself a nice set of reps from that vender on here. Someone should be able to chime in with the name of site, I forget.
Do yourself a favor and take a look at the wheels in the classified section. Sometimes you'll find a whole set of wheels with tires at a decent price, from oem ones to aftermarket.
Also, take a look at what powerwheelsplus has to offer. (vendor on here)

Alright, thank you all!
I'll see what the vendors have and make a decision. I did get in touch with a local connection and apparently they can get me a good deal on OEM wheels for $1k a set of 4. Apparently actual OEM and not cheap Chinese but I will have to clarify that come tomorrow. They might be used..
