Anyone have the Eurocharged mid-lengths?
Where are they located exactly?
I had mine done at a shop on Long Island and they seem have consistent minor exhaust leaks developing.
I brought it back to the shop once to fix a couple of minor welds but its back.
Where did you get those flex pipes from? I think that might be my issue.. no room for flex causing stress on welds under heavy acceleration.
Thanks
The engine moving is what is probably moving your exhaust and causing leaks
I personally don't like flex pipes so I made sure my motor wouldn't torque as much anymore
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Motor mounts/ Trans mounts are new, less than 1000 miles. used new original OEM Mercedes parts.
Bruce From TTM did the work. I think you put me in touch with him originally.
I'm very happy with the sound/ power after the job. its just the small leaks and reoccurring check engine light that bother me...
Other than that i have no complaints.
Along with the headers, I also got the oem clutched euro charged supercharger pulley/ retune combo. Its slightly smaller than the stock pulley size but it still uses a clutch and a produces slightly more boost.
Bruce said it might be the primary o2 sensors acting up.
every now and then the car will kick back under hard acceleration, almost like a clutch kicking in and out in a manual trans car.
my belief is that its due to improper air flow with the exhaust leaks / O2 issues and the computer doesn't know how to react so it lenas out on fuel and cuts power.
CEL comes on shortly after..

What do u guys think??
Option 1: catless down pipes, add back resonator
Option 2: down pipes with cats, leave resonator off
Thanks for ur help.

Since you guys are talking about o2 sensors error codes. Here is mine. I have a tune from EC. I have mid length Kleemann headers, no cats and full 3" exhaust. Even after reflash i still get CEL and error code 0422 and 0432. I have contacted Jerry and he told my my both o2 sensors went probably bad. Can someone confirm that or i need to replace them?
Thank You
