Please help me price my 2004 E55 for sale

Hey guys,

Appreciate some help if possible in pricing/valuing my E55 in California. Basically it is a pristine car on the positive side (really pristine - see below) balanced on the negative side by higher miles.

I'm about to put it up for sale because my mom is getting older (she's 70) and while this car has been her daily driver for some years I want to get her a current S class or E class with the active safety and assist features.

I realize I'm not selling a collectible Ferrari and that the miles are somewhat high - on the other hand this car is more pristine mechanically and cosmetically than 19 out of 20 others on the market and recently has new headlights, windshield and all four factory shocks replaced, tires, full service.

Cons:

Mileage somewhat high for the year: 138,000
Carfax shows an accident prior to my purchase (which didn't show when I bought it as a CPO from Mercedes of Lugana Nigel back in 2005, grrrrr).
If I was keeping it I would refinish the steering wheel.

Pros:

-Only 2 owners (I'm the second - owned for 10 years and over 100,000 miles of the car's life)
-Purchased as CPO from a dealer
-California car, always garaged
-Never modified in any way
-10 years of service records
-Cosmetically and mechanically perfect - there is not a scratch in the paint *anywhere* - it sits in a garage and for years has had a detailer come once per week to wash it and wax/polish when needed.
-New factory shocks front and rear within the last 20,000 miles at a cost of over $5,000
-New windshield last week - $700 - old one had years of sand pitting
-New OEM headlights left and right last week - the old ones simply would not polish out any more and one needed replacing any way (see below).
-New front bumper and paint two weeks ago from one of the best body shops in L.A. - mom hit a parking post while exiting a gas station and so we got a new bumper and one headlight (and I paid about $1,000 out of pocket for the other new headlight so both would match)
-Recent full scheduled maintenance with receipts
-Digital upgrade to the Tele-aid system already paid for and installed.
-80% tread left on all tires - Yokohama Advan AD-08
-50% remaining on brake pads and rotors front and rear
-The least wear you will ever see on an interior of a car with this mileage - for 8 years my 70 year old attorney mother drove it daily on her commute to/from the office (and yes I can document this - it's not another "little old lady" tall tale - she's on the title as well). She is 5'2" and 120lbs - she didn't put much wear on the driver seat. When I drove the car I didn't wear it much either because I'm lean and I don't use belts with my pants - no rubbing on the bolsters getting in/out.
-Zero curb rash on any of the wheels - I'm **** about these things and get the wheels refinished if they get scraped.

Color and options:

-Silver/black
-Black wood trim
-Auto trunk opener
-Keyless go

Thanks for any and all help on pricing!

And yes - I know I over-maintained it and will never get out what I put in. It kills me to sell it - already tried to cut sweetheart deals with friends and family but nobody wants it so I'm gonna go for full market value on Autotrader/ebay/craigslist.

And I would keep it for sentimental value but I already have two "sentimental" cars - an F355 Spider and an 80 series Landcruiser - I'm not Jay Leno and I don't have endless garage space and funds to maintain a growing car collection.

Low to mid teens. In Cali they are more common than some areas
