Has anyone had any recent experience with these guys? I am interested in Customer Service and Parts Quality. I have ordered parts from them and would like some honest replies.
Thanks!

I have a few Fabtech parts. Heat exchanger is huge but figment is ok at best. Had to trim flanges to mount correctly to bottom of bumper support. Sent wrong fittings for heat exchanger. Sent replacements but time to correct all issues was rediculous.
Can't go wrong with Shardul. Never had a problem with time to receive anything if ordered and always received as ordered and in time given. Any problem I've had has been fixed above and beyond my wishes.

I don't post much if any but, Shardul is a pretty stand up guy and I have purchased a few things from him and he will always support you if needed.

my experience was that the parts didn't fit. a few testy communications back and forth to prove they were wrong. at which point they turned very nice and took everything back and refunded. i am neutral on them overall because i'd hate to discourage them, or anyone, from trying to bring products to market for these cars.

I admire the vision he had to get parts out for our cars, but too bad about the execution of his plan. From what I remember, it all started with "why is a looped fuel rail and a set of injectors for our cars so expensive? I can do this much cheaper. Who is interested?" Then it went on to other parts and it was not long at all before the negative feedback started rolling in.

They have excellent service to take your money, but sucks in shipping items as promised. You will get a tracking number, and the product is yet to be picked up by the shipping company for weeks.
