Might be front wheel bearing but not sure

Might be front wheel bearing but not sure
So a few days ago I was driving on the freeway and noticed it was a little rougher in the front, like I felt a very slight vibration. And I ever so slightly here a hum basically like a wheel bearing going out.
Yes I know it might be that but wanted to hear other suggestions when I get to check it this weekend so I can go over everything.
But I don't notice it on lower speeds driving in the local streets.
I will check for play when I jack it up, but general how much extra play will I notice and would repacking bearings be fine or should I just change/upgrade the bearings?
Or if there is something else that can cause this.
