(w211) E55 exhaust to E320?

Hello guys, i need your help again

Will my E55AMG exhaust fit to E320? im thinking Eisenmann Race exhaust system and i would like to sell AMG exhaust to my friend.

Ville, it will fit all w211 v6 models. I have one fitted on my 240. The thing is the bumper clearance if he has the stock bumper, for me I had the AMG bumper stock so all they had to do is enlarge the opening for quad instead of dual exahust.
