Realistic power gains

Hey everyone just wondering what type of realistic power I will have after adding a BWK, EC mid length headers, and HE, I am hoping for 560-580hp and 600+ tq! Right now the car has 83mm pulley, tune and a Bosch IC pump.

you might be looking closer to 500hp with those mods. i have basically the same set up but 77mm fsp and kleeman shorties and split.

I believe he is speaking in terms of crank power, by just adding up advertised gains.

Do a compression test before doing any mods

So I would have only gained 31hp from stock?

No. There are two numbers being spoken about here.

1) Crank HP
2) RWHP (Rear Wheel Horse Power)

Crank is what the engine produced before parasitic losses through the gears of the transmission, the rear differential, and the rubber on the wheels, and the weight of the wheels, etc.

RWHP is what you are able to measure with a *chassis* dyno including all of those above parasitic losses.

By adding EC headers and retune, you are looking at around 30-35rwhp gain.

So with this and a 83mm pulley, BWK and HE I could be making up to 480?

Yes most are right around 480 at the wheels with headers tune and 84mm pulley. It's an inexpensive combo that works well.
