E55 211 Wheel Questions: Lightest & Widest

I'm doing some research on 2003 E55 wheel options. Which 19" wheels that come in the correct fitments are under 20 lbs each? Also, what is the widest width you can run in the rears on the 03 E55?

Thanks in advance.

You might want to check with Dr. Chill. He did a lot of research in that area. 20 pounds is very light especially for 19".

Good luck and keep us posted.

I'd like to know too...

I love the Brabus Monoblock VI, but I know they are over 30 lbs... Maybe Fiske Profil series are close to 20 lbs, but I don't think they are lighter than 20 lbs. But I don't like the Fiske design...

Or, maybe BBS Magnesium...but I wouldn't recommend it for daily use.

The one and only wheel with PERFECT fitment that matches your criteria is Kleemann TS-6, 19x8.5/19x9.5, 19lbs.

Thanks for the info. I actually don't mind the look of the Renntech Monolite wheels. They sound like they are around the same weight. Do they come in the right fitment for less $?

Mercedes Benz
well...

you better believe that RENNtech has a nice 19 inch wheel for that car and they are about the same weight...maybe one lb. more. Kleemann looks nice but I like something a little more understated. My take is that the Kleemann yells "look at my E55" more than the RENNtech wheels.

IMHO

Oh yeah, I forgot Renntech. Well, if you can stand the look of the Renntech Monolite (which not many people do), it is another option. Yes, they will be a perfect fit for almost half of Kleemann's price.

Any idea who carries them? I saw one thread on another board that said that they were no longer available.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
What about the LM, or...

the custom (wider) versions from Inden? I don't know what the LM weighs, but the quality is superb. Not sure if you're willing to put up with the hasle of the Indens....

Is it me or do the Dronell M10's look like the stock E46 M3 wheels?

I also heard they stopped shipping to the US...But I still see the wheels in Japanese car magazines.
