I replaced the main battery even though it was giving good enough readings and that fixed the problem flat! Some electrical gremlin manifesting its way through the battery. I’ve done over 10k in it since then with no further issues.
Yea dealer claim it was sitting at the warehouse for a while, but it has not done it anymore its running great couple little shakiness at idle and smells like gas by the engine bay suspect an injector is leaking might replace them all tho when i do gaskets etc.

Update

Ok so after getting the same shakiness and stalling when i punch it again .. i notice the car backfires momentarily before the jerking occurrences and when i down shift, im now positive its fuel related or air fuel ratio are jacked up im going to tare it down Friday and find whats causing it

use a fuel pressure gauge to determine the fuel pressure. It will drop real low when the stalling happens. then go tap the top of the pump assembly a couple of time and the problem should not be present for a next couple of miles.

Interesting, my main concern here is when i turn key one sep before i can crank it i smell fuel by my TB, when i turn on the car u can clearly feel the car shaking on idle like continues small misfires is running rough even when warm plus at random times when im crusing i get this light smell of fuel coming from outside followed by a smell of unburn fuel, at this point i gotta tare it down and really get in there and look.

Your pulse dampener O-ring is leaking. Common problem, but shouldn't cause rough idle (I don't think).

There is the possibility of a cat that is clogging up when it gets hot. This will give you fumes in the engine bay, backfire, jerking at wot...

And I'm curious what you mean by "tear down" and what you will be looking for.

Oh yea totally forgot about that, and tear it down as in ,put new intake gaskets, replace injectors, fuel filter, check all vacuum leaks, knock sensors everything under the charger basically just tare it all apart.

Update /possibly fix for good.

Finally results, change the upper intake gaskets.

Checked all injectors some had the o rings worn out and torn so i change that.

And finally the main reason the dam car jerks little annoying baster sensor is broken the clamps are broken so it floats there nothing to hold on to so the pressure kept pushing it out and today my car pop it out car ran like azz already order it.. finally.

Rear strut was order so ill be changing that to, my sc aux pump had a 7amp fuse so i took it out and put a 15amp dumb previous owners.

What sensor is that? It almost looks like a mass air flow sensor.

If you're going through and replacing 16 o-rings, you may as well replace the damper as suggested above. The purge valve may be next on your list if you still smell fuel under the hood once your work is complete.

He means your car should be hauling the mail so hard from a stand still your traction control light will be blinking until about 70 mph which is normal for E55.

you know when it flashes your car is applying brakes to keep you from going sideways? so jerking is fairly normal...

Very nice indeed but thats not what i get mine as soon as high rpm come in like say 4k boom car would stall rpms would not climb speed would not climb no matter if i leave it press at wot then the little triangel would flash but very light dim as the car is stalling while already rolling car wont do anything just bucks bucks bucks wont climb **** a honda could probably pass me lol.. trust me i know what traction feels like when its been lost i only have that issue with my big turbo audi a4 and my b6 s4 even tho is awd traction always an issue of the line but this is different =0 it stalls ..well use to has not done it anymore after the iat swap.

Well found my fuel smell , plug melted and made a hole on the housing small little hole patch it problem solved, fixed the barbecue plug as well it should run better now.

Melted housing from plug.

I patched the little hole now i blow on the plug housing and no more air escapes or vapors.
