I installed an oil catch-can years ago and the TB remains bone-dry to this day. Prior to the installation, there was always a slight oil residue.

Just FYI and for comparison basis: after draining from both oil pan plugs, replacing filter and adding 9qts (per user manual). Drive for a 15-20 mins, then after car sits overnight, my cluster reads 7.4-7.5qts.
