ARP 8740 CHROME MOLY HEAD STUDS?
I'm taking a risk if I wait for ARP to make my ARP2000 head studs that I ordered a few weeks ago (delays with the equipment) Do you think the ARP 8740 Chrome Moly head studs are much better than the factory bolts? I'm running with:
1) factory blower
2) no giggle

Awesome feed back, fellas? For those who didn't know and the problem ever comes up in your near future (because heaven forbid you can't get bad*ss ARP2000 head studs last minute like some of you f*cktards that called me out multiple times think you can?)
.......8740 Chrome Molly are almost twice the strength as factory stretch head bolts. (THAT'S FROM ARP and 2 Painless Performance techs that actually build race engines up to 800 rwhp for customers that request a failsafe) So, if offered at last minute 8740 Chrome molly are offered over ARP2000 studs.......get them. If your tune or compression is off? It's better to stretch a head bolt than throw a rod. But, then again......I'm just common bloke that doesn't work on race engines for a living. Long live speed racers and their plights.
Pictures of my journey to and during will follow......

The email from ARP states that the studs for M113k are in popular kits that sell fast. To keep a set for a low demand M113K and wait for them to sell does not make any sense. This is twice now in 3 years that I ran into this problem.

You already have them huh? Why did you start this thread? Lmfao! What a tool. Do stock head bolts again with your darton block genius. And you are now blocked so say whatever you want. It is CLEAR that both you and your engine builder don't know what you're doing.
