Had a run in with a GL63 TT today
My 06 E55 is bone stock except the rear cats and resonator delete. I was driving to pick up my kids from the Ex and there was a newer GL63 TT in the lane next to me. The lane merges on the other side of the light so when it went green I nailed it and beat him to the merge. It seams he wasn't too happy about that. We played for the next few lights and I have to say for an SUV, those things are FAST. We stayed even each run

They pack massive power. But they also are tanks. Too heavy. It is 1000 lbs more than my expedition. I can't understand the weight of cars now a days. The hell cat is another a example of a fat overpowered car. 4400 lbs 2 door? No thanks. It dangerous. American muscle is out of control. What's the use of throwing 450 hp into a Camaro that rolls in at 4000lbs has 2 doors doesn't handle or stop well and to be honest is a lesser car than the late 90's ls1 cars. I like the the hell cats and a few select mustangs but the industry is thriving on stats and the products are not up to par.
That being said you should pull on him from 20mph on.

My Uncle recently got one, he wanted to try a bit. Let's just say didn't end too well for him. They are a hell of a lot smoother than our cars though. And the exhaust note is just so awesome coming out of an SUV.
