Check engine light on after getting tire looked at
my tire was leaking so i took it to this tire place to get it looked at, there was a crack in the rim so I'm on a donut right now. When i left the place, the check engine light went on. What could cause this (my gas cap is tight, checked that), could the donut cause it? Drove it for more than 50 miles so would that have anything to do with it or should i worried?

I can't tell you if it's ok to drive or not. What if it's a headbolt issue or a stuck injector and you ruin your engine. Mercedes will pay your tow if you have the repairs made there. You could get a cheap code reader and check yourself.

Most auto parts stores will read the code for you for free. Post the code. And next time get a code reader. Either an ELM327 BAFX reader from Amazon to pair with an Android phone/tablet to use with the Torque app and it's less than $30 to read basic OBD2 codes. Or get an Launch X431 EasyDiag from aliexpress, around $20-$30 and will read basic OBD2 codes and will also read Mercedes specific codes for another $40.

Upper limit has been reached for the fuel control. You will probably get the adaptation codes as well 0745 and 0749 for lean mixture. Most likely intake manifold gaskets and crankcase breather valve need replaced.
