Headers and Warranty
Anyone have headers on their AMG and have an aftermarket warranty? If so, have you actually taken your car in for a claim with headers installed and they approved it? You didn't actually take it in for headers, but rather for another issue. This is the only reason I'm holding off of getting headers on my E63.
What warranty company was it and how did you manage to let it slip by?

It's really all about the shop doing the repairs, as they are the ones who work with the insurance adjuster who ultimately approves any expensive repair.
If something really expensive goes out (i.e. transmission or engine failure), then consider having a shop remove the headers before they make an insurance claim.
