Recently picked up an '05 E55 wagon and, aside from a few maintenance items, wanted to immediately tackle adding bluetooth for both phone and audio. Just picked up the car yesterday after having the Tooki and Streamblue (wired into Aux input) and am very impressed. The Tooki gave me full factory integration for handsfree calling including steering controls and display on the dash. The audio quality of the Streamblue is excellent. One of my big concerns was how the bluetooth function when listening to music via Streamblue and having a call come in.... it's a seamless switch to the Tooki unit and works great.

Very high marks from me if anyone is looking to add BT.

Nice. My only problem is with how horrible the quality was when I played something through the aux input. It just sounds flat and weak like satellite radio.

I'm very impressed with the quality over bluetooth, it sounds much crisper than the radio and just as crisp as the CD's to my ear. I'm typically streaming Spotify on the highest stream quality setting.

Could be worth a shot... it sounds pretty decent especially given it's a 10 y/o HK set-up.

Not really much to take pics of as everything is concealed. The microphone is tucked up to the right of the visor near the mirror.
