Need Arp head bolts

I've been a Benz dealer tech for 12 years. My guess is you have a head issue. Those blocks are pretty bullet proof. Usually blocks let go from ****ty tunes and running lean

afr between 10.5 and 11, head gaskets are new when i installed wiesco pistons, i was runing fine but when i switch to a more aggressive timing tune i got this issue, btw i am running 28-29 psi boost, stock compression 9 to 1, stock c32 block and heads.

bro it's not a matter of who did the tune, this is a custom tune, the pressure inside the chamber got higher plus high boost and when going wot the coolant it under pressure and coolant falling out the reservoir, only when full throttle high run, same as all guys here with m113k and weistec they have lifted heads.
i found the part nb of the arp studs, i'll call them.
thanks.

A lot of it has to do with the tune. None of this happen till you went with the avgressive tune. That's why I'm hoping u didn't do any damage to the block or heads. Im well aware a lot of people lift their heads under high boost applications. The thing that I don't under stand is the map sensor can only handle 24 psi of boost and you claim to be higher than that. Also it sounds like you only did Pistons and didn't sleeve the block. So I would hate to see you punch a whole or melt a cly wall down after you fix the issue. Just trying to help. Also I have seen plenty of them run at 20lbs of boost with stock head bolts that have never lifted.

U can go with a custom tune. Just found a lot of high end places even like Kleeman, wiestec and other major companies tunes are junk. There are a lot of shops by me that offer quality tunes done on the dyno and are set up for your personal applications. But if the block and heads are ok. I can find out what the ring gap should be for your application. I know a lot of issues with rings causing this concern.
