Previous owner's contacts still in COMAND memory.
I got a surprise yesterday. Hitting the stick to activate the voice command, I said "Call Office." Then a strange voice said "Calling Chris" and it dialed a number in Florida on my cell phone, even though that contact was not in my phone.
The home designation on the GPS is still set to Florida, too.

Same on my SL65. Has a Pioneer head unit and all the contacts and his home address were still in it.
The funniest is that it has a feature to remember favorite songs. Whenever a song he liked comes up, it pops up a message asking if I want to switch to that XM channel.
Even his button choices made me laugh. Given OutQ was one of them, I suspect he might be gay. Nothing wrong with that, of course.
