Seems to be an issue with your ECU. Perhaps MB techs who are on the forum can confirm.

thank you 0-55 i appreciate your inputs, actually when i check the car using diagnostic tool i find so many faults in driver-side SAM and rear SAM control unit. The fuse feeds several circuits and my thinking is to put additional fuse for every circuit to find the faulted one. thank you again 0-55, waiting for more inputs....

Did you scan with DAS? Sometimes there are no faults thrown for minor stuff that are not working but show up in a DAS scan. Check for modifications to the wiring. The car may have been modded and modded back to stock, so look for insulation tape that may not be covering wires properly in the ECU area. Then move on to rear SAM, if there are additions for any devices it could cause issues. Not sure what you mean by adding fuses to every circuit ... be careful with this as you may end up melting wires. The fuses are in there for a reason. Good luck.

Hi turbo, i scan it everytime using autel diagnostic tool.
And for the modification of wiring i took it to one profissional electrician and
He told me that he remove all unnessersory wires. In
The ECU unit i have coverd all areas by insulation tape
I realy need all drawing of this car im electrician also and i want to trace all the wires fed by

CAM sensor?

I am having the same issue with fuse 43. After weeks of tracing wires, I am down to the camshaft sensor. I removed it to find it dented horribly with continuity between the sensor and battery terminals on the sensor. I have ordered a new one and will update.

I'd start by finding out what systems or parts are connected to fuse #43. To do that, I'd check the car's electrical diagram or service manual to see which circuits and components rely on that fuse. Next, I'd look for any visible damage or issues, and make sure there's no overcurrent problem. Using the correct fuse rating is crucial, too. If I still couldn't fix it, I'd call in a professional to dig deeper and find out what's going on.

CAM sensor

Changing the cam shaft sensor fixed it for me. The sensor was dented when I took it out. Put a new one in and started right up without issue!
