Engine Bay Tank Coolant Hose Connection Questions

Hello,

I have the Fabtech engine bay tank kit and I am trying to get the game plan before I jump into the install. The only questions I have are what is everyones best advise for the connections to the IC circuit and splitting the system? I found a bunch of topics and pics how to isolate the main circuit with either a plug on the T or cutting the clamps off and using a straight through coupling. after that is done what the best way to connect the 2 hoses from the engine bay tank? run them down to the pump and HE and cap off the T by the radiator or run them to that T? Thanks guys!

This won't really help on where to connect lines but it shows the order of the cooling

I'm not sure if it matters if the pump is before or after the tank. I have seen both
