brighter reverse lights?
has anyone tried converting the backup lights to LED?
I'm pretty sure MB sells the lights as a "kit" for the taillights - but it seems that the bulbs may be replaceable... ?

I think these would be a bit brighter than the incandescent bulbs in there already

You'll need to desolder the bulbs from the housing bracket. One of the most idiotic things MB did only on the w211.
