For the question regarding the 77mm being more expensive: There is a lot more going into building the 77mm, ex. it has two bearings in it instead of 1. In other words, it cost more to make than the 83mm pulley so that is why the price is higher, great pulley and totally worth the $$ though

Anything between a 77 and 83mm pulleys? Would 77 work on a stock engine (pump + heat exchanger)? Any reliability issues running this on a DD? Would like to start with a clutched pulley and a tune, later upgrade to headers..

Same question as above - no mods on my cooling currently but looking at the 83 clutched and a tune...is there anything else to order or is that it? Belt will work and all that?
