I've got an 05 E55 with a pulley, belt wrap kit, heat exchanger, wave track diff and gutted cats. How much of a gain (roughly) could I expect from the headers and tune? What benifit does the tcu tune give me?

This combo is posted up here quite often, i think you can safely see 480-490whp (guessing that you have regular stage 1 supercharger pulley?)

Ecu is engine tune, Tcu is transmission tune

Header Downpipes need some fabrication, yes

Not sure what you mean by the V5, they are not similar, two way different cars, unless you meant something else by the question! Let me know

This setup might be a tad different. Larger TB/longtubes/1000cc injectors/crank+supercharger pulley, etc.

Just curious if that will make it anymore of a problem. If not, I'll be purchasing a tune next week.

Not a problem but also not necessary. We fully built a CLS55 with 750whp, nitrous, and aftermarket supercharger and only ran 550cc injectors on it. What pulley combo are you looking at doing? Most likely you'll just run into heat soak issues and the tune will never be able to be done and therefore 550cc injectors would be all that you would need! Let me know

The injectors were bought because I was going to use Tony, and run e85. But plans changed. Car will be using a 172mm cp, and an 84mm s/c pulley. Ron Davis heat exchanger, and johnson IC pump. IATs with the 172mm are already pretty good. Most of the weather here during "race" season is low 60s high 50s. So my IATs have been pretty good. So I dont forsee a huge IAT increase with 2.5psi more and race gas
