Finished off the ramps for the rear. Made the trans mount much more enjoyable. Didn't look in too bad a shape.

Just noticed this post now, seems the Android head units off 10x the benefits but is pretty expensive iirc by the time you're done?

Brake light switch installed yesterday, easiest thing on this car!

Car keeps robbing me blind, next on the buy list:
  • Changeover valve
  • New (mint used) windshield cowl
  • Front thrust arms & eccentric bolts
  • Upper front ball joints
  • Trans dip stick & pan gasket
  • Misc clips
  • Door lock actuator (drivers side machine gunning)
  • Subframe mount bushings
  • Steering rack mount bushings

$5,100 USD in last 17 months after this.

Still waiting for SBC & airmatic to start giving me problems

The head unit was 360$ + 250$ for the avin MOST adapter + 100$ i paid my friend who does this for a living to install it all.

Then i spent a collective 7-8 hrs , rooting the unit, installing a custom rom installing Viper4Android audio drivers etc. etc.

Masri87 - arms are 2113304311A & 2113304411A + bolts 0003300018OE (need 4)
I have read a few people re-using the bolts - would help as they are $70+!

I thought I was the only one (though mine was in 7 months) still ticking away at my "list" congrats on the progress!

Switch out climate control today mine was a little beat up from previous owner. Also glued speaker back to metal housing. The edges were up and speaker crackling a little.
Gross and beat up around the lcd

Gorilla glued this baby back down

Removal was pretty easy. Pry wood trim on left side only. Slide everything to right then pull out.

Speaker sound much better with the application of gorilla glue lol

The grill is proving difficult to reinstall. How fricken hard do you need to push to get grill clips to set? I put quite a lot of force on them without success yet.

Without the puller it was going to be hell getting wiper arms off. I got all new clips to make sure it goes in tight. Piece of cake otherwise.

I am replacing the door lock actuator now and these rivets are a PITA.
