Yes, in my opinion black is the better color but to each their own. I'm glad you don't care about a warranty but I certainly do and I have mods on my MB, larger intercoolers, injectors, down pipes, BOV's, tunes, exhaust, trunk mount coolant tank, ETC, ETC and I have a warranty.
You seem to certainly care enough to write everything you did. There are lots of great deals on the 2012 to 2013 E63's. A quick search revealed the deals and those are only asking prices which can certainly be negotiated even further.

Lots of great deals out there but not as cheap as the one I posted, anywho it doesn't even matter it's not my vehicle hope someone buys it tho.

Seriously, you are comparing 20k miles against $4k in purchase price. I consider 20k miles as 20% of my standard usable life estimate of 100k, which is $16k+ on a $80k plus car.

You will all be laughing at this thread in 5 years when the cars can be had in the mid-$20k's or less. AMG's depreciate like a rock falling out of the sky..but just wait until MB releases the next wave of low-line "AMG badged" cars.... Something like 44 new models in the works....MB has sold out the brand....AMG is next....The bargains will be everywhere.
