Throttle body differences

Hi all

My throttle body is making loud clicking noises at idle. No other issues with it, but I'm sure its on its way out.

For some reason I can only find A 113 141 01 25 second hand.

EPC shows A 113 141 06 25 for my CL55 AMG Komp

They also look identical. Any reason I can't use 01 25?

Not sure why 06 25 isn't available from breakers etc.

If they are not interchangeable, I may pull them apart and make one good one from a second hand one and mine. I suspect I will find a worn out plastic gear.

I'm not new to MB. I know different part numbers are different.

What is different about them, is the question.

I find it odd that I cant find any second hand 06 25's

and E and CLS have the 74.
