Question who's gone to LED Fogs? I mean the newer brighter ones :)

for $99 seems like a slick setup that are also CANbus approved

3,500 lumens each is about 6x brighter than the prior generation... anyone try these out?

Wow... those are bright bro.
3,500 lumens is brighter than most legit HID kits out there.
People will think it's daytime every time your lights are on.
You got me curious and somewhat interested.
My current HID fog setup is slowly burning my fog light housing.
Try 'em out!

I so rarely use my fogs to be honest, just hate the color mismatch - this may get me using them more

There twice as much as I spent a year ago on mine. Highly recommend led fogs though. You'll just have to match your hids to 5k

Blinding on-coming traffic...that's always fun. 3,500 lumens doesn't mean anything if the housing itself cannot harness the extra light. That is why we don't put HID's in halogen reflectors...fog lights are the same concept and show an even worse beam pattern than low beam reflectors.

I've got no crazy light pattern with mine. They do not send any light nearly as high as the low beam

I saw a w220 two weeks ago in Huntington beach that had ditched both fogs and went with an LED light bar centered under his front tag. it might have been 36 inch, but at the least it was 24 inch. Something you would see on a jeep or land cruiser. it looked interesting and I'm sure it was crazy bright. Guessing he had it wired to his fog s wiring.
This doesn't really answer your question though.

yeah let us know how it is...i replaced mine with LED bulbs but not these type. the LED bulbs i installed were way worse than OEM as the LED bulbs do not appropriately use the reflector to disperse the light correctly.

I read most of the reviews for this product on Amazon. Most liked them but there were also many that said the bulbs light did not carry far enough and that would be my concern with these LED bulbs. Sounds good for fog lights but not for headlights. Led lights can give off enough lumens but, due to the nature of the lightwave, it does not travel as far as halogen or HID without a specialized housing made to focus the LED light.
